ilovejili Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the ilovejili Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing ilovejili content through any device or network.

1.2 Your continued use of the ilovejili Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ilovejili will notify registered users of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 To register and use the ilovejili Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing any wager;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ilovejili, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ilovejili or any other gaming operator.

2.2 ilovejili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 By registering on ilovejili, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ilovejili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ilovejili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ilovejili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ilovejili registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. ilovejili reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.4 ilovejili may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.1 ilovejili supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at ilovejili's discretion.

4.2 All transactions on ilovejili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the ilovejili cashier section and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ilovejili account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 ilovejili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.5 Funds deposited into your ilovejili account are held for gaming purposes only. ilovejili does not pay interest on account balances.

5.1 ilovejili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion and are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 ilovejili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to promotions where required.

6.1 All games available on the ilovejili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 ilovejili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by ilovejili or any third party.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ilovejili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. ilovejili's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Bets placed on ilovejili are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ilovejili Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ilovejili Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ilovejili staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

7.2 ilovejili employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

8.1 All content on the ilovejili Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ilovejili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ilovejili Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ilovejili content without prior written consent.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ilovejili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.2 ilovejili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9.3 ilovejili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 ilovejili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the ilovejili Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 ilovejili implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption and secure payment processing protocols.

11.1 ilovejili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at ilovejili's sole discretion.

11.2 You may close your ilovejili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall survive the termination of your account.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.1 ilovejili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, ilovejili will provide notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the ilovejili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
